It has a hand! D: How excitingly terrifying!
Manwife and I are having a tiny little person! I am about three months and six days, I was horrifically ill at the start, in pain and couldn't move. That then went and the sickness began, morning, noon and night I wretched. I also wretched if I didn't eat every few hours. Fun.
As you may know I am terrified of needles and veins creep me out so the first (ever) blood test I had was traumatic. I wouldn't let them take it from the crook of my arm so they took it by my wrist. Mother managed to put the numbing cream on the wrong part of my arm. The midwife got the needle in and then went "Hmm, there's no blood" and "your vein's wiggling out of the way". I saw Mother's face fill with despair. She knew what was coming. Then suddenly someone was shouting "NO NO NO NOOOOOO! GETITOOOOOOUT!" Rather loudly.
However my second one went well, the numbing cream worked well and the midwife got it on the first try.
I am trying my best not to read up too much on the run up to birth and stuff as I will just obsess on it and get stressed. I'll just let it happen and when it is time to burst forth have ALL THE DRUGS.
So yes. The unicorn is having a foal!
