Made from felt. Head/body made separately and sewn together. Jacket/jeans/shirt all made on their own and put on to wear - can be removed if you really want. Jeans have definition on the seams and fly.
Hair is fur type material and a bastard to work with.
He did have a tongue but it fell off.
